Get Done

Get Done

Get Done is a free Chrome and Firefox extension that turns homework into a reward loop: friends and family send photos to your personal link, and each photo unlocks only after you actually finish a question on your assignment page. Built for students who need a reason to start the next problem.

Receipts

Shipped this weekend (Oct 17-18): a social photo-sharing loop - your personal friend link, a public photo-drop page, and the phone companion app - plus the zero-trust reveal fix (photos now flash the moment the extension sees a finished question, no longer tied to one assignment page), the Edfinity question-ID fix (5.2.4 style IDs), and updated phone-app copy. Evidence: - Live phone companion app (friend links): https://getdone.prajvalarora.com - Friend photo-drop page (Cloudflare Worker): https://get-done-friends.prajval-2029.workers.dev - Marketing page with store links: https://www.prajvalarora.com/get-it-done - Chrome Web Store (v1.3.1 with this weekend's fixes published and live): https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/get-done/fjihfhfghhnckloeegjegmlachfgbiik - Firefox Add-ons (v1.3.1 approved and live 10/17): https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/get-done/ - Code and this weekend's commits (branch fix/reward-reveal): https://github.com/RoboX2020/get-it-done

Why customers choose you

Instead of willpower, another to-do app, or your mom texting "did you finish?" - Get Done turns the people you actually care about into the reward. Friends drop photos on your personal link, and the extension only flashes one after it sees you really finish a question on your assignment page. No self-report button, no cheating yourself. It's free, it's on Chrome and Firefox, and the bribes come from your own group chat.

Your ideal customer

A student staring at Pearson or Edfinity at midnight who keeps "checking one thing" on their phone. They don't need another planner - they need a reason to finish THIS question. Their friends are already sending them memes; Get Done makes those photos the prize for done work. They're ready to act because it's free, installs in a minute, and works on the assignment pages they already use.

Your approach to design

The site leads with one move: add the extension - because that IS the product. Real screenshots, not mockups, so you see exactly what flashes after a finished question. The phone companion does one job (your friend link, collecting photos) and stays out of the way: pictures never show on the phone, they unlock on your computer where the work happens. "Free for Chrome and Firefox" sits in the footer, because that's the first thing friends ask.
