description: Work backwards from what the ICP searches to the first twenty pages worth writing. Use before drafting any article.
---

Build a content map that's a distribution system, not a blog.

1. **Start from the ICP**, not from keywords. Read it from `04-positioning/brief.md` or `03-b2b/icp.md`. If neither exists, infer one from the repo, state it at the top of the output as unratified, and continue. What does this specific person type when they have this specific problem?
2. **Group by intent** — problem-aware, solution-aware, comparison, and post-purchase. Different pages, different jobs.
3. **Prioritise by winnability × value.** A term you can rank for that converts beats a high-volume term you can't.
4. **First twenty pages, ordered.** With the first one drafted before the session ends.
5. Write to `05-site/content-map.md`.

Refuse to produce a list of 200 keywords. Twenty pages that get written beats two hundred that don't.
