Write outbound that a busy person would answer.

- **Relevance over volume.** One sentence proving you know something specific about *them* beats any amount of personalisation-by-mail-merge.
- **Structure:** why them, why now, what you're offering, and a low-cost ask. Under 120 words.
- **The ask is small.** A 15-minute call, not a demo, not a deck, not a pilot. Escalate later.
- **Follow-up:** three touches, spaced, each adding something new. Never "just bumping this."
- **Write the disqualifying reply too** — the graceful exit when they're not a fit. It's what makes a "no" reusable later.

Do not write anything that would embarrass the user if it were screenshotted and posted. Flag it if the draft is drifting that way.

Read the account list at `03-b2b/icp.md` first; if it does not exist, stop and run `/icp-builder`. Write to `03-b2b/outbound.md`.
