Sponsorship

Put your name on the part you actually paid for.

Zero to Launch is seven events over ten weeks — six free Wednesday sessions from August 5, 2026, then a hackathon on Oct 16–18, 2026 where 30–50 Phoenix builders don't build, they ship. Every session is free. Sponsorship is what keeps it that way.

Cash, platform credits and donated hours all count toward the same ladderthe total you underwrite sets your tier. Two Bronze items make a Silver. Stack to climb.

The deal

Four tiers, and what they actually buy.

The Bell · the X account · every badge and sign

Logo and link on the site for the life of the pages, the named credit on whatever you funded, stage credit at the weekend and any two sessions, and a partner role in the Ship AI Discord.

Every item on the menu below carries its own named credit — fund the X account and the bio reads “powered by ___” for the season. “We paid for the prize pool” lands harder than “we were a gold sponsor.”

The build

Credits are the highest-leverage thing on this page.

Credits aren't a donation to an event — they're ten weeks of real usage by fifty builders choosing a stack for products they intend to keep running, then demoing the result on stage.

$100 of credits × 50 builders = $5,000 of tier value, 50 activated accounts, and a public teardown of your product every other Wednesday.

Credits go out as a baseline grant to every participant when the build window opens Aug 3, plus a larger tranche awarded as prizes on Oct 18.

Provider Partner gets written into the .claude/skills/ setup files every participant runs — your platform named as the default path. Fifty builders following your quickstart, in order, with a deadline. Plus site, template-repo, and stage credit at every session.

Platforms we'd take credits on today

Not on the list is not a no — if a builder can use it to get a product live, we want it.

Every credit sponsor is credited at the moment of the grant: "Your build credits are provided by ___," in the email that hands them over.

No budget line required

Sponsor with hours.

Mentors, judges and guest teachers get the same placement a cash sponsor gets. No budget line required — individuals get name and face on the page, companies get the logo.

Sunday's pitches are also open to investors. If you write cheques for early products with real numbers, come sit in the room — there's nothing to buy.

How it goes

Four steps, and one of them is us doing the work.

  1. 01

Tell us what you want your name on

A tier, or the line items from the menu. A message in the Discord is enough.

  2. 02

We confirm the number and the placements in writing

Including how we valued anything non-cash.

  3. 03

We send you a private intake link

One form: company name, logo, a headshot and preferred title for whoever's being credited, and any brand assets or usage rules we should follow — up to a full 64 MB brand kit. It's the only asset request you'll get from us.

  4. 04

    You're on the site

And on everything the menu said you'd be on.

The fine print, in plain words

What we promise, and what we don't sell.

What we don't sell

No lead lists, no attendee data, no hard-sell slot, no resume book. Builders can tell the difference, and so can we. If you want the room's attention, mentor a team, teach a segment, or take the internship slot — all three work far better than a pitch would.

How in-kind is valued

Everything non-cash counts toward a tier at what a builder would actually pay for it, not list price — credits at street rate, venue time at the room's published hourly, donated hours at a flat $150/hour. We'll tell you the number we're using before you commit, and it goes in writing.

Sponsorship closes October 2, 2026.

That's so prize amounts can go on the page before we push registration hard. Commit before August 5 and your name is on the program from session one. Tell us what you want your name on and we'll be straight with you about where it lands.

Beyond the season

Year-round.

Zero to Launch is one season; Ship AI runs free, public events in Phoenix and Tempe continuously. Some sponsors would rather back the room than the program.
