GTM Engineering

Go-to-market engineering, end to end

Session one is the roadmap. We walk the full GTM engineering framework end to end so that when September's positioning session comes around, or October's site build, you already know what job that piece is doing and what it feeds — and how it lands at a launch on Oct 16. Presentation format: sit and watch, or open a laptop and map your own product as we go.

Workuity Biltmore2390 E Camelback Rd, Suite 130, Phoenix, AZ 85016. First Wednesday of the month. Individual event links go live closer to the date; these point at the Ship AI calendars.

Format: the host presents and builds live on screen. Bring a laptop and work along if you want to, or just watch — nobody is put on the spot or asked to present.

Why this session exists

Most builders pick tactics before they have a model — an ad account before a funnel, a blog before a keyword, a pricing page before unit economics. This session gives you the model first, so the tactics have somewhere to attach.

What we cover

  1. 01

    The three acts

Launch, Grow, Optimize — what each phase is actually for, and the failure mode of skipping straight to the third.

  2. 02

    Funnel modeling

Measuring every stage rather than the last one. Where the numbers come from and which ones lie to you.

  3. 03

    GTM engineering vs marketing

Programmatic SEO, automated attribution and community distribution, versus buying ads and hiring salespeople.

  4. 04

B2C and B2B, side by side

Nearly every framework splits here. You get both, and the next two sessions go deep on each.

  5. 05

    Program mechanics

The open-source repo, the skill files, and how the hackathon weekend works. Fifteen minutes, then it's out of the way.

You leave with

The full framework, and a clear picture of what a roadmap to October looks like.

If you want to follow along

Nothing. Show up and watch. If you want to follow along, bring a laptop and whatever you're currently building — even if it's an idea in a notes app.

What to do afterward

Nothing is required. The program compounds if you run the same work on your own product; this is the suggested output for the session:

01-roadmap/gtm-map.md — if you want somewhere to put it: your funnel sketched out with the stages you can actually measure today, and a roadmap to a launch in October.

Everything is open source. The template repo and its skill files are published — take them and run the process yourself. Missed the session? It's archived in Discord.
