Choose one team, document collection, and set of questions. Define what the prototype should answer and what it should decline.
02Prepare The Source Library
Clean a small document corpus, preserve source identifiers and versions, and assign owners. Use sample documents where access is unavailable.
03Build Retrieval And Answers
Connect ingestion, search, and an answer workflow. Inspect retrieved passages and require useful source links instead of unsupported conclusions.
04Model Access And Permissions
Document who can see each source. Test access filtering and attempts to retrieve restricted content using sample roles before considering live company use.
05Measure Answer Quality
Create normal, ambiguous, missing-answer, and restricted-source cases. Evaluate retrieval and answer quality separately, then inspect failures.
06Refresh And Hand Off
Build a document refresh path, record failed updates, and assign review ownership. Leave with a staged rollout plan and a tested prototype.

What Is The Scope Of The Build?
We build and test one bounded prototype using a prepared blueprint. Live access depends on your accounts and permissions. A full company rollout, migration, and production certification are outside the workshop scope.
When And Where Will It Take Place?
This is a two-day lab capped at 12 attendees. The date, daily schedule, and venue will be announced before paid registration opens. Join the free waitlist to receive the details.
Which Tools And Accounts Do I Need?
Bring a supported AI coding environment and access to a model API if you want to use live generation. Search, storage, and model providers can vary; our prepared blueprint and sample corpus provide a common starting point. Software subscriptions and API usage are separate.
Are Software Subscriptions Included?
AI tool subscriptions and other software costs are separate from your workshop ticket. Use your preferred supported tools; we’ll have sample-data exercises where a live connection is unavailable.
Does Joining The Waitlist Reserve A Seat?
No. Waitlist signup is free. We’ll email you when the schedule and paid registration are ready, so you can decide whether to book. No payment is collected now.
What Is The Refund Policy?
