Zero to $3,000

B2C, with the dashboard open

One business, one dashboard, no redactions. The dedicated B2C presentation: I walk the ggbucks launch as a live demo with the real numbers on screen, then pull out the parts that transfer to a different product — and the parts that don't.

RSVP on LumaMeetupLinkedIn

CEI Gateway 275 N Gateway Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Two Wednesdays after the Workuity session. Individual event links go live closer to the date; these point at the Ship AI calendars, where every session is listed.

Format: Santos presents and builds live on screen. Bring a laptop and work along if you want to, or just watch — nobody is put on the spot, asked to share, or made to present.

Why this session exists

Case studies are usually told after the fact by someone with an outcome to sell. This one is told with the analytics open, including the channels that produced nothing and the money that was wasted finding that out. It runs early on purpose — seeing the whole arc once makes every session after it concrete.

What we cover

  1. 01

    $0 → $3,000 in 30 days, zero paid

What the channels actually were, in what order, and how much of it was repeatable versus lucky.

  2. 02

    The switch to paid

What had to be true first. Why spending before the unit economics were clear would have killed it.

  3. 03

    Scaling to $100–200/day, profitably

Creative, targeting, the daily loop, and the numbers watched to decide whether to raise or cut spend.

  4. 04

    Community as the compounding half

Superfans → ambassadors → organic growth, and how it feeds back into the paid side.

  5. 05

    What didn't work

Given the same airtime as what did, because that's the half nobody publishes.

  6. 06

Instrument it before you need it

The measurement half, folded in: events per funnel stage, verified firing, and an agent that reads your analytics and reports weekly in plain English. Receipts are 30% of the October score, and "we didn't really track that" is the most common way a good launch loses.

  7. 07

    The structure, generalized

The same plan reduced to something you can point at your own product: first channel, test, budget, go/no-go number.

You leave with

A channel plan with somebody else's receipts to compare yours against.

If you want to follow along

Nothing required. If you want to follow along: your roadmap from session one, analytics access for whatever you’ve built, and any early signal you already have.

What to do afterward

Nothing is required — not to attend, and not to compete in October. But the program compounds if you run the same work on your own product. The suggested output for this session:

02-b2c/README.md — afterward, if you want it: your own channel plan (first channel, test, budget, go/no-go number) plus an instrumented funnel and a baseline snapshot.

Everything is open source. The template repo and its skill files are published — take them and run the process yourself, during the program or years from now. Missed this session? It's archived in Discord, and you can pick the work up whenever.

Skill files for this session

These ship in the open-source template repo and do the mechanical half of the work, so the session can be spent on judgement instead of formatting. Free to take and run whether you make it to the room or not.
