What You’ll Build
Map teams, tools, data, repetitive work, owners, and handoffs. Prioritize a small set of AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
Choose two labs and build representative workflows from prepared blueprints. Use approved sample data when a live connection is unavailable.
Keep the starter codebases, role briefs, skills, SOP templates, evaluation checks, and implementation notes for all six functions.
Leave with owners, milestones, measures, budgets, review points, and a plan for rolling out the workflows you tested.

FAQ
You’ll survey all six functions together, then choose two focused build labs. Everyone receives the blueprint materials for all six teams. The labs adapt the workshop series into representative exercises; this pass does not include separate admission to every standalone workshop.
